For the Wayfair Family of Brands Credit Cards you will earn 7% in Rewards when you use your card at Wayfair’s family of websites, mobile applications, and physical retail stores. Rewards are not earned on returns, refunds, promotional discount, post-order cost adjustments, purchases at outlet locations, purchases made by accounts enrolled in the Wayfair Professional program; gift cards, services (including home installation and assembly, extended warranties and design services), donations, Porch restaurant, taxes and any shipping or delivery fees, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, charges that violate the terms of your Card Agreement, balance transfers, cash advances or any other transaction treated like a cash advance, lottery tickets, gaming chips and similar transactions, interest, fees, and any portion of a purchase made with Reward Dollars. For purchases where promotional financing is applied, you will earn 5% in Rewards, not 7%, on Eligible Purchases. Reward Dollars have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. You will forfeit unused Reward Dollars in certain circumstances including if your account is closed or participation in the program is terminated unless prohibited by law. For the Wayfair Family of Brands Mastercard®, you will earn Rewards on all Net Qualifying Purchases made with your Wayfair Family of Brands Mastercard outside of Wayfair’s family of websites and mobile applications (“Sites”) and physical retail stores (“Stores”): 3% at grocery stores; 2% for Qualifying Online Purchases not made at Sites or Stores; and 1% on all other Net Qualifying Purchases made with your Wayfair Family of Brands Mastercard product. Qualifying Online Purchases are those made via a computer network, but not all online transactions will be considered Qualifying Online Purchases. Qualifying Online Purchases do not include the following types of purchases in the following categories: subscription, membership or recurring purchases; utilities, cable/satellite and telephone; insurance; medical and healthcare providers; government services, taxes and tolls; education including schools or other teaching institutions; contractor, professional, financial, legal, personal and business services; repair services; direct marketing; and purchases that manually are keyed by a merchant. You may only earn 1%, not 3%, for grocery or food purchases made at convenience stores, gas stations, warehouse clubs, supercenters, and discount stores, and only 1%, not 2%, for purchases made through mobile/wireless technology depending on how the technology is set up to process the purchase. Merchants must submit charges under the appropriate merchant code or industry code to be eligible as Qualifying Online Purchases and/or Net Qualifying Purchases in the different categories. Neither Wayfair nor Citibank determine whether merchants appropriately identify all transactions made on a credit card, but Wayfair does reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for Rewards. ^⁴Subject to credit approval. You will automatically be enrolled in the Wayfair Rewards Program when your Wayfair Credit Card or Wayfair Mastercard® account is opened. Any membership fees for the program that are due while your card account is open will be waived. You will not receive a refund of any membership fees paid for the program prior to opening a card account. Your enrollment in the program will end and all rewards will be forfeited 90 days after notice is sent of the closure of your card account unless you enroll in the program as a paid member by paying the annual membership fee within 30 days of the expiration of your free cardholder membership.
